08/09/21 - Blood Bottles
Due to a global shortage of blood bottles, we are unable to provide routine blood tests until further notice; and we may have to cancel some appointments that have already been booked. However, we will continue to offer URGENT blood tests that have been requested by your doctor. We would ask that you check the website for further updates rather than call the surgery.
08/09/21 - Flu update
We've been advised that our flu delivery has been delayed so we are unable to offer any further flu appointments at the moment. Please check the webiste for further updates.
The Cross Keys Practice is a traditional surgery with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Our aim is to provide modern, up-to-date, high quality medical care to all our patients in a friendly, relaxing environment, to maintain the traditional values of the "Family Doctor" and yet be in the forefront of future developments in General Practice. We are committed to continually improve the service we provide and to be responsive to patients needs and expectations.
Training Practice - DR Neale is our GP trainer - more details can found - Practice Info - Training practice.
From Monday 19th July we will be opening the doors to our Princes Risborough surgery so that entrance is no longer via the intercom. Our Chinnor surgery will be open in the mornings but closed in the afternoon apart from pre booked appointments.
We are also starting to offer face to face appointments for GPs and Nurse Practitioners that patients are able to book without speaking to a GP or Nurse Practitioner first.
Telephone consultations can continue to be booked via reception or via our appointments online system.
Nurse and HCA appointments will still be available to book via reception.
Face coverings continue to be required when entering any of our surgeries.
If you have a new persistent cough, temperature above 37.8 degrees and/or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, then please use the NHS 111 online service or telephone 111.
